7:00 REHEARSAL IN CAFETERIA

9:00 LOAD EQUIPMENT ON TRUCK

9:30 TRANSIT TO WEST HIGH SCHOOL

1200 NEW STINE ROAD

10:00 CALL TIME @ WHS. UNLOAD AND CLEAN EQUIP.

10:30 WARM UP IN SECTIONS

10:00 RESTROOM, COSTUME, ETC.

11:15 ENSEMBLE REHEARSAL/RUN THRUS

12:36 TRANSIT

12:46 BHS READY

12:56 BHS PERFORM

1:00 LOAD TRAILER

1:50 AWARDS IN QUAD

Color Guard

1:30 PM - Call time ( check in at the check in table then meet your team in the back of the stands in the gym, you have two hrs. to get everything done and your performance ready!

3:30 PM - You must have your hair and makeup done, Gather with North JV

4:00 PM – Watch North JV (cheer for them!D)

4:10 PM – Warm up!

5:40 - Performance! LEAVE IT ALL ON THE FLOOR! HAVE FUN! (Tell your parents to be at least 15 minutes early, so they don’t miss you perform!)

6:30- Be in the stands to watch North Varsity we will help them off with their floor and equipment

8:55 PM – AWARDS

Make sure you bring your: uniform, INCLUDING YOUR BLACK LEGGINGS OR TIGHTS (NOT SEE THROUGH), eyelashes, hair products, BHS warm-up sweater, money for food, water! It may be warm.
