Band Camp is Just around the Corner

That moment that so many are looking forward to; school is coming up, and band camp is just before that.

August 4th, is freshmen camp. This is a half day (7:00-11:00AM) crash course in marching basics. All students who have not marched in the driller band before are to be at this day. The aim of this day is to bring the new students up to speed without the intimidation of the rest of the Driller Marching Band.

August 8th through the 16th (excluding weekends), is the full band camp. Mornings consist of 7:00-11:00 marching practice outside on Morrow field. After lunch, the Band rehearses at the Harvey Auditorium 12:30-3:00.
